Once you have proposed various procedures and treatments for a patient in our Smart Chart section, organizing those procedures into a treatment plan is very simple. Use your mouse to drag and drop unorganized treatments into an ordered list that may be set up with multiple alternative plans, phases and/or appointments. Once organized, your treatment plan(s) will allow scheduling of individual visits very quickly, and all appointments (office visits) in the plan that have actually been scheduled will include the date and time of the appointment right next to the appointment's name in the TxPlan screen. This gives you an immediate and comprehensive view of the patient's progress throughout the completion of the planned work.
